Major Policy Changes

The Council has been very busy these days, we've completely changed a lot of our policy including dividing all our groups into two classifications, Level 1 and Level 2. Level 1 groups are more open and easy going, Level 2 units are more structured and intense. We've divided the entire organization into two separate and distinct units, and all of you guys who are members of the 5th, you're all being transferred to the Free Agent Program and no longer will be assigned to conventional units. A more comprehensive report will be posted here shortly explaining the new system and everybody's new roles.
