New Fee for Joining

NOTICE: In order to cover the cost of the BSU white T-shirt uniform and a set of ID Tapes and Rank Badge now required for all personnel, there is a mandatory $20 fee for joining the organization. If you are already a member and do not have a T-shirt or Tapes and Rank Badge, they can be purchased at meetings or by contacting Cmdr. Bower (CT/BC7-0001).
Free Agents who are already members of the organization: These shirts are not yet mandatory for you, but will be in the future and are required for any new Free Agents who join up.

Indeed, with the new regs and changes of uniforms, the T-shirts are where it's at, and it will help assimilate new members into the group quicker if they get the shirt right away.
