New Point System Launched Empty New Point System Launched

In order to smooth out overall operation and nail down specific requirements for being active, a new point system has been created. We're going to be slowly phasing in the new system since it is pretty large and complex and will change the way we do things. The point system won't be fully implemented until January 2012.
